2026 – A fresh start

Today marked my 140th journal entry in the five months since returning to student life. I felt a quiet sense of joy in the resilience and consistency that I managed to sustain. Writing has become my new practice.

This morning, a thought surfaced: why not select some of these reflections and share them on my WordPress page? I’ve had an account for years, sleeping like a lazy cat. With that in mind, I reactivated the site and found a name that feels true to my journey: frommilestomeaning.com. It’s the same title I used in my Youtube channel, capturing my path from running for recreation, to competing on global stages, and now to supporting the next generation toward the Olympics. A journey like that deserves to be shared, not for attention, but for connection and encouragement.

There is nothing bold here but the happiness of daily practice and the beauty of small wins. Running has transformed my life in profound ways. And now, hopefully, writing will. Whether on the road or on the page, consistency, discipline, and the commitment to getting the work done when no one is watching are essential, I guess.
